Marko Greisen

CEO, TITAN BRANDS

Marko Greisen is the CEO of Titan Brands Hospitality Group, bringing over 30 years of hospitality experience to lead the company’s next chapter. A third-generation Las Vegas native, Marko grew up immersed in the city’s culture and was at the forefront of opening some of its most iconic venues — including The Drink, Ghostbar, N9NE Steakhouse, Rain Nightclub, and the Playboy Club — brands that helped define Las Vegas’ nightlife boom. His leadership philosophy is simple: hospitality rewards excellence, and excellence means the details matter, consistency matters, and showing up with intention matters.

In addition to his deep operational roots, Marko has spent nearly two decades developing technology that helps hospitality teams work smarter — from pioneering one of the first digital concert distribution partnerships with Apple iTunes to founding a Las Vegas experiences booking platform that was successfully acquired. As CEO, his focus is clear: strengthen operations, support the people on the frontline, and preserve what makes Titan Brands’ concepts special.

He is a recipient of the Key to the City of Las Vegas, and July 29 has been officially designated as “Marko Greisen Day” — which, for the record, he expects to be celebrated with excellent food and even better service.

Scott Frost

CO-FOUNDER, TITAN BRANDS

Scott Frost co-founded Titan Brands in 2006. Since that time, Scott has directed the design, development and operation of multiple restaurant and nightlife venues in Nevada, Arizona and New York. In addition to our signature brands, Titan has also consulted on food and beverage programming and operations for several large resort casinos nationwide. Titan enjoys a great reputation with its operating partners including MGM Resorts International. Titan was recognized as Las Vegas’ “Restaurateur of the Year” by the Nevada Restaurant Association, and its restaurants have won various awards.

Scott is also an entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker. He is a Game of Thrones winner, current leader of the realm, and owner of 3 dragons.

Stephen Ruck

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS, TITAN BRANDS

Steve Ruck is the Director of Operations for Titan Brands Hospitality Group, overseeing multi-unit performance, operational strategy, and leadership development across the organization. Born in Texas and raised in New Jersey, Steve began his hospitality journey in North Florida as a busser and worked his way through every front- and back-of-house role before relocating to Las Vegas in 2010. He spent seven years mastering kitchen operations before stepping into a General Manager role, and after joining Titan Brands, steadily earned promotions from General Manager to Senior General Manager to District Manager before being named Director of Operations. Steve is the kind of leader who has done every job in the building — which means his teams know he knows exactly what he’s asking of them. He has yet to be replaced by a golf cart, and he intends to keep it that way.

Michelle Bautista, Director of Restaurants - Titan Brands

DIRECTOR OF RESTAURANTS, TITAN BRANDS

Michelle Bautista is the Director of Restaurants for Titan Brands Hospitality Group, bringing a career defined by resilience, heart, and a genuine love for people and food. Born in Los Angeles and raised in West Covina, California, Michelle relocated to Las Vegas in 1996 and dove headfirst into the city’s hospitality scene — starting as a coat check attendant at Drink Nightclub and working her way through every front-of-house role imaginable, from hostess to bartender, in just six years. She went on to build extensive experience across restaurant and nightlife operations, including serving as a VIP host at Ghostbar and Rain Nightclub, managing Gordon Ramsay restaurants at Caesars Entertainment, and later serving as Regional Manager at Carver Road Hospitality. In her role at Titan Brands, Michelle focuses on developing high-performing teams, elevating the guest journey, and building a culture that blends heart and hustle. She believes hospitality is both an art and a performance — and that it only works when the people behind the scenes feel just as supported as the guests they serve. Michelle is proof that the best operators don’t just manage restaurants; they make people feel at home in them.

Andy Williams

CONTROLLER, TITAN BRANDS

Andy Williams is the Corporate Controller and oversees all financial reporting, payroll, insurance and HR functions of the company. Andy is pretty good with numbers and even better at the poker table, so be sure to steer clear when you see him at the tables.

Carly Held

DIRECTOR OF SALES AND CATERING, TITAN BRANDS

Carly Held is the Director of Sales and Catering for Titan Brands Hospitality Group. Carly also serves asDir. of Communication for NACE (National Assoc. of Catering and Events). She began her career working diverse roles in sales throughout the Southwest and is credited with bringing the wedding industry to Las Vegas. In 2013, Carly embarked on a new journey, transitioning to hospitality salesa move shehasn’t regretted. Over the past decade, she has collaborated with numerous venues and organizations throughout Las Vegas and has brought her expertise to the Titan team where she continues to thrive. Carly is an instrumental part of our growing business and continues to push the boundaries thru partner relationships, event sales and catering.

Dana Felt

MARKETING AND SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER, TITAN BRANDS

Dana Felt is a dedicated Marketing and Social Media Manager at Titan Brands Hospitality Group. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Dana pursued her education and athletic career at the University of Oregon, where she ran track. Following her time in Oregon, she moved to Las Vegas and found success in the fashion industry, notably by inventing the highwaisted jean midi skirt. After gaining substantial recognition, Dana made the decision to transition her career to Titan Brands Hospitality Group in 2017, where she has been a vital part of the team. Her expertise in marketing and social media has played a significant role in enhancing the reputation of the company’s brands and protecting their image. Dana’s contributions have proven invaluable in the ongoing success of the business.

Connor Morris

GRAPHIC DESIGN MANAGER, TITAN BRANDS

Connor Morris is our Graphic Design Manager. Connor is a talented graphic designer from Las Vegas who studied business management and graphic design at UNLV and the Art Institute of Las Vegas. After he graduated, in an effort not to be replaced by golf carts, Connor successfully led the unionization of the Caddies Coalition at Bushwood Country Club. In 2018, Connor joined Titan Brands Hospitality Group fulltime and has since been leading the graphic design department. Connor’s expertise and dedication have resulted in the creation of highend graphics and logos for the business, establishing his reputation as a valuable asset to the company.

Claudia Hernandez

EXECUTIVE CHEF, HUSSONG’S CANTINA

Claudia Hernandez is the Executive Chef of Hussongs Cantina. Chef Claudia was born and raised in the vibrant Mexico City, where her passion for Mexican cuisine was ignited. In 2010, Claudia found her true culinary home at Hussong’s Cantina, where she joined as a cook and worked her way up to the esteemed position of Executive Chef. Her unwavering passion for Mexican cuisine, combined with years of experience and expertise, flourished at Hussong’s Cantina. Under her guidance, the restaurant’s menu has become a symphony of bold flavors, paying homage to Mexico’s rich culinary heritage.

Roberto Rodriguez

EXECUTIVE CHEF, SLICE OF VEGAS PIZZA KITCHEN

Roberto Rodriguez is the Executive Chef of Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen. Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Chef Bob has always had a passion for culinary arts. Seeking new opportunities, Chef Bob came to the vibrant culinary scene of Las Vegas. In 2011, he joined the Titan Brands team, where he initially worked as a cook at both Hussong’s Cantina and Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen, mastering various cooking techniques and expanding his repertoire. Chef Bob was appointed as the Executive Chef of Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen in 2017. In this role, he oversees the kitchen operations, ensuring that every dish is prepared to perfection and delights the taste buds of all our guests.
